About Us
At MenoPawse, we believe that clear information and empathy can completely change how we experience menopause. This project was born from a personal and family experience with one firm goal: to offer a trustworthy, human, and science-based space where women of all ages can understand what is happening to their bodies and regain the peace of mind they deserve.
We are siblings combining our areas of expertise and our passions—health, well-being, and a love for animals—to build a place where scientific evidence meets real support. We want you to feel informed, understood, and supported as you move forward in this new stage of your life.

Hi, I’m Zaylen.
MenoPawse was born from a need I experienced—and still experience—firsthand. When perimenopause first appeared, I looked for answers and found more noise than clarity: myths, confusion, and a constant sense of uncertainty. That’s when I realized how much we needed a space to speak without fear, judgment, or drama… but with useful, serious, and accessible information.
I am not a doctor, but I am someone who understands the importance of taking care of your health before it becomes urgent. That’s why at MenoPawse, we share practical, simple, and common-sense resources, so you can make informed decisions and live through this stage with dignity, calm, and confidence.
And, of course, my pets are an essential part of that story. They have been a constant source of balance and well-being.
Here, we celebrate that bond because we know—and science confirms it—that our relationship with animals can be transformative during menopause.

Hi, I’m Néstor.
I am a doctor, specialized in Integrative Family Medicine. At MenoPawse, I ensure that every piece of content we publish is backed by up-to-date and rigorous scientific evidence. My goal is for the information you find here to be not only clear but also useful, safe, and applicable to your daily life.
Throughout my practice, I have seen how a lack of accurate guidance can cause anxiety, lead to uninformed decisions, and, in many cases, delay interventions that could improve quality of life. I deeply believe in the power of education and the importance of offering reliable tools so that every woman can understand what is happening in her body and what options she has before her.
I also share a love for animals, and I know firsthand how much they contribute to emotional health and mental balance.
My commitment here is to support you through science, common sense, and a deep respect for your personal experience.
